It has become a part of our daily schedule to lament over the things that we miss to achieve. We dream over things, but make little attempts to target them. Likeness towards our job isn't the one which come naturally. It the mind set which help us create it. Yearning for more and more, we land up in more troublesome environment in the IT Paranoid.
Little efforts are required to transform oneself as the favourite of all colleagues and earn onsite money. Its nothing but, transforming into a Jagguboy (mean to apply soap for ur superiors). Our visualization at the IT industry has led to some discomforts. We have been dreaming that we will work on highly technological tools and Interfaces. The reality has make us understand that a 10th standard pass out is sufficient to perform this. Let's not the propagate this mistake to our junior friends. Let enlighten them about the real scenario and minimize their grandeur opinion on the IT job environment.
Sun Microsystems state that 20% of the time of SDLC is spent in its design and development. Remaining 80% is spent on its maintenance. With this understanding, lets satisfy ourself for the kind of work we have been doing. If all eye at the Development work, then who will be involved in the Maintenance phase of it.
Lets continue the good work with a more satisfied heart and less expectations :)
